The pants should break over the top of the foot. If I\'m seeing the picture correctly, these pants look to be two to three inches short.
Also, a hoodie is ultra casual. Something like an unbuttoned sport-shirt over a t-shirt would look more polished.

The zipped-up hoodie looks too casual and too uptight at the same time. The skinny jeans make your hips look disproportionate even though you\'re a thin guy. Are those girls\' jeans? Maybe giys\' jeans would be cut better.
