Go Try It On.

I'm already at work, wearing this. Should I do it again?

I think the cardi is perfect and that the look works except for that shirt. It seems that perhaps you\'ve had it for a while (judging by length) and that it\'s time to give it away to the needy.

Work Casual does not translate into weekend casual - the sad cardigan hanging there is not helping your cause. The white shirt and jean is fine. Think of a structured cotton jacket that is more sharp instead. If you are going to do a ballet flat - get one in a color. Be comfortable but stylish to a degree.

Like the jeans on you, but would go with a more polished look on top, more tailored shirt, or different shirt with that cardigan...for work

You seem to have such a pretty light skin tone, the pale shirt seems to wash you out. maybe something in bright yellow or blue!? Cigarette jeans look really good on you! jbrand are great as are genetic. You have the legs, wear um!

Where do you work? It\'s pretty casual, but I guess it depends on the environment. I\'d definitely leave the cardigan on - it looks much better!

It\'s ok! No on the cardigan! I would also do the top tucked into a skirt.

you dont need the sweater...maybe add a skinny belt http://www.jcrew.com/AST/Browse/WomenBrowse/Women_Shop_By_Category/accessories/belts/PRDOVR~26765/26765.jsp

It depends what you do for work but I think this is a bit casual/frumpy. Either your top or bottom should be more fitted, grab skinny capris with this top or tuck in the shirt.

The jeans are very good, but the shirt it too short and light in color.

I wouldn\'t wear it again to a work function if you\'re already wearing it at work (unless it\'s this evening and you have no choice). Keep the cute pants, pair with some other flats/sandals or even heels and a nicer top. Dress a little nicer than you normally would and you\'ll get a confidence boost from it too!

I like your outfit (I\'m a cardigan-lover), so I can\'t think of much to change. In fact, I don\'t think you HAVE to change any of it to look cute. But if I were you, I\'d wear red shoes or something...just a pop of color would be cool.

its fine but its just sort of plain - maybe a shorter cardigan sweater with a brighter color - kelly green or coral? You could add a bright yellow/torqouise necklace to give it more snap.

I don\'t think the shirt does anything for you, and it looks a bit snug through the bust. The cardigan slims you through the hips. It would look a bit more polished if it were belted. Much depends on the type of workplace, though...

The cardigan doesn\'t fit at all, and does your figure a disservice. Also, I think the capris are cute, but are more flattering with a wedge or other shoe that lenthens your leg and has more impact.

I like it, but the dress at my work is pretty casual. Are those flats you have on? They kind of look like slippers from the picture. I would wear some dressier flats to dress it up a bit.

The jeans and the shoes fit you well and are flattering but the top pieces aren\'t interesting nor flattering. If you\'re going to do the trendy shapeless cardigan look I think the shirt has to be structured or ruffled or have some type of interest.

I like it...just don\'t remove the cardigan.

pants are a weird fit.try some fitted jeans, boyfriend cut or skinny.the top is ok, maybe try a little longer or tucked in with a belt.the cardigan makes it a little too causal, depending on where you work.next time try a fitted jacket or blazer. and swap the black flats with something w/ more color

Too casual, it does nothing for you. I do not know where you work but dress for that promotion in classic work outfits. Black /navy slacks white crisp shirt, and nice heels low but nice will make a better impression to your boss as well as clients.
