This looks a bit sloppy as is. The skirt is really cute. I would pair it with either regular knee high boots (not uggs) or flats, and remove the leggings because they seem out of place. If it's cold, you could try a pair of tights instead. And since the skirt is more flowy, you'll want a more form fitted top half, probably tucked into the skirt.

I'm sorry, but that outfit is too much all over the place. Instead of boots you should wear flats, but keep the leggings. And for the top.... U should go for a top that's more fitted.

Everything is just plain wrong when put together. Try getting rid of the skirt for this outfit and change the boots.
