Not very dressy or business like. Try tucking the shirt in to longer pants (if you don\'t like skirts). Wideleg dress pants are very chic.

I don\'t think that a tank top should ever been worn for work/business. This one is really cute, not gonna lie, but not appropriate for this occasion. Try a brightly-colored button-down instead. Still attention-grabbing, but in a classy, fun way.

You look too sloppy to meet the boss. You look like a worker that they will use to do grunt work - move chairs or type a letter. If you wore more business attire (blouse, tailored skirt, pumps) the higher ups might take you seriously & might listen to hear your ideas more.
