the colors of the shirt and pants are too close..try to get contrasting colors that still match. and shirts with print can tend to make you look bigger then you are so try a solid polo and khakis.

different shirt you look like a dorky tourist instead wear a white tee covered by a dressyish white and black checkered shitrt with rolled up sleeves and leave the buttons undone.
