The dress itself isn\'t half bad, it just needs a little extra to help it along. First of all, change the shoes. They just look awkwardly chunky. I would go for a pair of white espadrilles. Add a white belt around your waist, and wear some pearls, either a short string, or several long ones.

2. Navy dress should have a dark shoe (navy or black or red).
