By itself, the dress is stunning. However, what really matters is how it looks on you, so it's hard to really have an opinion without seeing it on you.

I think this is beautiful.
This is just nit-picking: I like the top, although I wish it draped more flush downward in the front versus having the ruffles, but it works as it.
