I think you know how the garters will appear in public. Think of the two ooptions you have: 1. Don\'t show them to everyone, but you know what you\'Re wearing underneath and you will feel sexy and confident. 2. You show the to the public and you will get reactions. Your choice. I don\'t have to say that you totally pull it off and that you can wear this look.

the dress is cute! the tights are sexy but not appropriate. it would still be fun and sexy if you did maybe black opaque tights and some black booties!
