Leggings could be cute with a simple, solid tunic in navy or black! This mix just isn\'t cutting it.

Are those sheer tights or opaque leggings? I can\'t tell from the picture, but if it\'s the former, you need a much longer shirt. I\'m not really sure I like them, anyway.

I would wear either the blue sweater or the Hollywood t-shirt - not both, to simplify the look... as it is, there\'s a lot going on. I love the beige cap & leggings... not sure what those are on your hands, or why you hold them like that. You look nice.

The top half is really nice but the bottom half is quite unflattering. This would look better with a mini skirt over the leggings. Pref the same colour as the blue cardy, or denim.

why the biking gloves? are you going biking? and why the winter hat -- what part of the world are you in?

-- no gloves
-- no hat
-- keep the shirt and t-shirt

When dressig consider a theme, what activity are you trying to do, and dress accordingly. Seeing this outfit , im not sure where your going or what your doing. All the pieces are nice , they just dont seem to work together.

It doesn\'t match. For one thing, If you are wearing gloves and a knit cap, I would assume it would be cold but your lack of a coat dictates otherwise. Lose the gloves, hat and leggings. Leggings should NEVER be worn as pants.
