The dress is cute, but definitely wear it with different flats - black would be good.

I agree on the flats (black) you also might want to think about wearing a different necklace. The long vertical line breaking the horizontal lines on the upper portion of the dress is a bit distracting. Might just be me though...

cute dress for a BBQ! maybe stick with plain black flats though because there is so much going on with the dress. i also think this would look great with some chunky wood bracelets

change your shoes, too matchy matchy. wear solid colored black flats, or even wear sandals. and I agree that the necklace should be changed as well. it clashes with the horizontal lines of the dress.
