Agreeing with dc here. When buying a dress go for something flowy. It will look more flattering on you. :) get rid of the tights too! You can be more confident. :)

I don't think it's as flattering as it could be on you, sorry. I think if the bottom half was more flowy and a bit longer, it would balance out your proportions a bit better.
