Just to go out with friends. Maybe go to a free daytime music festival to dance. Maybe just to hang out with friends at our houses. Maybe go to the mall. I usually pull one sleeve off a shoulder. I don't know if I should add any jewelry. Longer T Shirt, Shorts, Teal tights. I don't know what shoes to wear with this outfit either. Makeup and Hair tips too please!

Are you wearing shorts and tights? The shirt is a little too long and the shorts a little to short. If it\'s warm enough, just lose the tights and pick out a pair of slightly longer shorts. I love that top though. :)

Your shorts are too short. If you are wearing shorts and tights, then both needs to be change. The blue tights do not match with the shirt. Keep the shirt and wear longer pants.

I think the teal tights are a bit too much and I\'d do simple jewelry so as not to pull away from the tshirt. Do perhaps a silver/metalli flat (or sandals depending on what you like). If its this casual of an outfit and day I\'d pull the hair up in a high pony and simple makeup just to highlight eyes.

I was all for it til I realized you\'re wearing it over short shorts and tights. I have an aversions to shorts that short. Try skinny jeans.
