Depending on your work, it might be a little too casual. Slacks or a pencil skirt could totally dress it up though.

If wearing to work you could pair it with a nice pair of black trousers or a pencil skirt and it\'d look perfect for a business casual environment. If not for work, the way you have it now with jeans works great too. Nice structure in the jacket!
