I would wear a cardigan instead of a long-sleeved t-shirt. And change the shoes to flats or strappy sandals. Love the aqua/teal!

what is that under your shirt? and is that a face on the skirt? and are those socks peeking out of your shoes? This look is all wrong! Shopping in the city...comfy flats, khaki capris, t shirt and cardigan would look better.
